KeyResponsibilities SalesLeadership&Strategy: Developandexecutearegionalsalesplantomeetorexceedrevenuequotas,aligningwithHammerspace’soverallbusinessobjectives. CustomerAcquisition: Identify,prospect,andclosenewbusinessopportunitieswithenterpriseclientswhocanbenefitfromHammerspace’sGlobalDataEnvironmentsolution. AccountManagement: Buildandmaintainstrong,long-termrelationshipswithkeyaccounts,ensuringcustomersatisfaction,retention,andupsellopportunities. TeamCollaboration: PartnerwithSalesDevelopmentRepresentatives(SDRs),Marketing,Product,andEngineeringteamstorefinemessaging,optimizecampaigns,andaddresscustomerneeds. PipelineManagement: LeveragetoolslikeSalesforce,LinkedInSalesNavigator,andOutreachtomanageandtracksalespipelines,ensuringconsistentprogresstowardgoals. Travel: Conductin-personmeetings,attendindustryevents,andvisitclientsitesasneededtostrengthenrelationshipsandclosedeals(travelupto50%,dependingonregion). Qualifications Experience: 7+yearsofenterprisesalesexperience,withatleast3yearsinSaaS,cloud,ordatamanagementsolutions. TrackRecord: ProvenhistoryofconsistentlymeetingorexceedingsalesquotasanddrivingsignificantrevenuegrowthinaB2Benvironment. MUST CURRENLY LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFONIA. Backgroundinunstructureddatamanagement,cloudstorage,orhybridinfrastructuresolutions. Existingnetworkofenterprisecontactswithintheassignedregion. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $300,000-350,000(OTE).Actual compensation will be determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional/education experience, skills/abilities, internal equity, and budgetary considerations.
