Job Description

As we continue to grow our Transaction Advisory Services practice, we are seeking to add a Consultant to join our Transaction Advisory Services team. In this role, you will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs. Our clients include privately held and publicly traded companies, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, banks, private debt funds, and business development companies. This multi-faceted client base allows us to provide our staff with a variety of opportunities across numerous industries, and a constant flow of challenging and meaningful work.

What You Will Do:

• Interact directly with Partners on matters related to client and engagement management.
• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for both buy side, sell side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional client service.
• Opportunities for career development and to advance within the transaction advisory services group.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor's degree, with a preference for accounting majors
• If an accounting major, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire
• Coursework in technology-related fields highly desirable
• Demonstrated skills in the areas of time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
• Microsoft Suite skills
• There is currently no immigration sponsorship available for this position
• Must be a current Winter 2026 Baker Tilly Intern or Berkowitz Pollack Brant (BPB) Intern.

The pay rate range for this job position is $87,000 to $119,520. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
