Insurance Audit Call Center Specialist

ARMStrong Receivable Management is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role is integral in supporting the audit team with mail, phone, and virtual audits. Responsibilities include making calls, entering progress notes, and gathering information from various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a team.
