We are looking for nationwide Solution Architects with a focus on either Artificial Intelligence or Data Engineering. In this role, you will take on both technical end-to-end responsibility in customer projects and strategic tasks for the development of the Data & AI business line. Your tasks include:

• End-to-End Project Responsibility: Designing architectures and solutions in direct customer contact at the level of high-ranking decision-makers.
• Architecture & Implementation: Designing and being responsible for complete AI architectures – from analysis to implementation, integration, and optimization.
• Active Participation in Prototypes, POCs, and Productive Solutions.
• Technology Expertise: Deep expertise in AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, data pipelines, scalable architectures.
• Portfolio Development: Identifying and developing reusable solution assets, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Technology Scouting: Evaluating new AI technologies, frameworks, and providers for the internal portfolio.
• Business Development: Supporting sales in acquisition, technical credibility in customer meetings, creating proposals and RFP concepts, identifying up-/cross-selling potentials.
• Thought Leadership: Contributions through lectures, white papers, blogs, and conferences.

What you bring with you:

• Completed Master’s degree in Computer/Data Science or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Very good practical experience with AI technology stacks and comprehensive know-how along the MLOps lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of modern data architectures, data engineering, and cloud AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, MS Fabric) as well as at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, IONOS).
• Experience with on-premise/HPC is an advantage.
• Experience in designing and implementing modular AI solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• High national travel readiness.
• Excellent German and English skills in speech and writing.
