ICU Nursing Education Mentor (RN, 5+ yrs ICU)
Integrative Emergency Services Physician Group
JPS Health Network is seeking an RN Clinical Mentor for the ICU with 5+ years ICU experience preferred. The role supports bedside staff across Critical Care units with education, coaching and formal training programs.
The RN Clinical Mentor will coordinate preceptors for new hires, lead skills fairs, and collaborate on hospital-wide quality initiatives. Join a large, citation-ranked system focused on patient care excellence.
