Job Description

Are you a skilled and compassionate General Dentist looking to join a dynamic and supportive practice? We are seeking a General Dentist for an established clinic in the Fond du Lac, WI area. This opportunity arises due to the retirement of a long-standing provider, and we're looking for someone to step in and continue providing top-quality care to an established patient base.

Signing and Retention Bonuses with Relocation Allowance. 12-month guarantee period.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide quality dental care to assigned patients, utilizing best practices within the scope of your training.
Conduct thorough examinations, evaluate patients, and clearly communicate treatment options.
Assess patients' periodontium, recommend homecare or treatment options, and refer when necessary.
Prescribe and provide preventative care to improve or maintain oral health.
Perform restorative procedures, endodontic therapy, tooth extractions, and more.
Appropriately refer patients for care beyond the scope of your practice.

Job Requirements:

D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree from an accredited university.
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
Strong chairside manner with a commitment to quality patient care.
Dedication to continuing education and personal development.
