Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid SLP license in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong CF candidates are welcome to apply
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to tailor therapy plans for students with diverse backgrounds and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students, working closely with teachers and families
• Provide direct therapy services both individually and in groups
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support overall student achievement
• Document progress, maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
• Serve as a resource for staff and parents on communication-related topics
