HR Process Improvement Specialist I

Cintas Corporation is hiring a Business Process Specialist I - HR to support HR processes and programs across the organization from its Mason, Ohio campus. You will help identify, drive, and manage HR initiatives and collaborate with field locations to implement improvements. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least one year of HR process experience, and strong communication and project skills.
