The RATERIGHT Team is a fast-growing, referral-driven mortgage team inside Nexa Mortgage — the largest wholesale mortgage broker in the United States with access to 280+ lenders and some of the most competitive loan programs in the market. We are growing quickly and intentionally. Which means we need an agile, sharp, calm-under-pressure Senior Loan Partner who can help steady the ship while we scale. This is not a back-office paper-pushing role. You are the operational force that keeps files moving, clients informed, and the experience smooth from pre-approval to closing. You ensure nothing falls through the cracks and that every borrower and referral partner feels taken care of at a high level. You will work directly with Yianni Garcia — a high-energy, relationship-driven mortgage broker known for leading with both warmth and high standards. Expect a fast pace, clear communication, big expectations, and a lot of trust. We’re looking for someone who thrives in motion. Someone who can bring order to growth, keep file flow clean, keep clients happy, and grow with a business that’s scaling quickly.
