Allstate Auto Experts is a rapidly growing, high-volume automotive repair facility in DeSoto, Texas looking for an experienced B-Level Automotive Technician who can confidently handle: Brake system repairs Steering & suspension work Bolt-on mechanical repairs Cooling system repairs Tune-ups & maintenance Basic drivability diagnostics Basic electrical troubleshooting Scan tool usage & code interpretation This is not an “oil changer with a dream” position. We need someone who can move with urgency, communicate clearly, and produce quality work without turning the shop into a smoke machine of comebacks and excuses. What You’ll Be Doing Diagnosing and repairing common vehicle issues efficiently Performing brakes, suspension, steering, and maintenance repairs Conducting vehicle inspections with clear documentation Working closely with service advisors and teammates Using modern diagnostic equipment and repair information systems Helping maintain a fast-moving, positive shop culture What We’re Looking For 3+ years automotive repair experience preferred Strong brake and suspension experience required Ability to perform basic diagnostics independently Experience with domestic and Asian vehicles preferred Valid driver’s license Own tools required ASE certifications are a plus, not a requirement Positive attitude and team mentality Pay & Benefits Competitive flat-rate or hourly pay based on experience & Killer Benefits Package High car count and consistent workflow - and we mean CONSTANT Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding shop Paid training opportunities Supportive team environment Modern equipment and strong advisor support About Us At Allstate Auto Experts, we focus on speed, communication, and customer experience without sacrificing repair quality.
