Behavior Interventionist

Job Title

We are urgently seeking applicants for this position for the 2026-27 school year.

State of Iowa teaching license with appropriate endorsement required. Please see the job description for a full list of acceptable endorsements.

Work with general and special education certified and support staff to model behavioral and instructional strategies which promote pro-social skills for all students, including those with behavioral needs. Provide training, modeling within the classroom, create and support building-level crisis teams. This position requires the continuous use of independent professional judgement. The essential function as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility. Specific position requirements will vary depending on student needs.
