Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Setting: Center-Based Outpatient Behavioral Health & ABA Services.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a Clinic Director. This position is ideal for a clinical leader who is passionate about improving learner outcomes, mentoring clinical teams, and fostering a positive, high-performing culture. The Clinic Director will play a key role in ensuring clinical excellence, supporting staff growth, and maintaining operational success within the clinic.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA therapy services.
• Lead, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff.
• Monitor learner progress and ensure high-quality treatment outcomes.
• Oversee caseload management, supervision requirements, and clinical compliance.
• Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure efficient clinic performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners.
• Ensure adherence to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of in-clinic BCBA experience.
• Previous leadership, supervision, or team management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for clinical excellence and developing future leaders.
