This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided, so previous marketing experience is not required. We're looking for people who are confident communicating face to face, enjoy working toward goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Applicants with backgrounds in hospitality, restaurants, retail, customer service, events, promotions, sports, sales, or other customer-facing environments are encouraged to apply. The Opportunity As a Marketing Assistant, you'll represent client campaigns at live events, promotional locations, and community activations throughout the Miami area. You'll interact directly with customers, introduce campaigns, answer questions, build relationships, and help create positive experiences for the brands and organizations we represent. This position is particularly suited to someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated by personal and professional growth.
