CrossCountry Mortgage’s Agent Success Manager is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents and referral partners. This position focuses on consistent agent engagement, strategic relationship development, and identifying new opportunities to grow the company’s referral network.

The Agent Success Manager will utilize CRM and Airtable tools to organize relationship activity, track targeted touchpoints, maintain accurate agent information, and measure engagement. This position works closely with Loan Officers, Marketing, and leadership to create meaningful agent experiences and support long-term referral relationships.

$45,000 - $55,000

• Identify and develop new relationships with real estate agents and referral partners.
• Maintain and strengthen existing agent relationships through consistent, targeted touchpoints.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings, office visits, coffees, lunches, and other relationship-building activities.
• Build and maintain a targeted database of prospective and existing agent partners.
• Utilize Airtable and CRM systems to track agent interactions, follow-ups, relationship stages, and opportunities.
• Identify new agent leads and add qualified prospects to the company’s network.
• Develop and execute follow-up strategies to continually move relationships forward.
• Assist with planning, promoting, and executing agent events and networking opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to agents to drive attendance and engagement at company events.
• Follow up with new contacts and event attendees to develop ongoing relationships.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, Marketing, and leadership to support agent relationships and business development initiatives.
• Stay informed on local real estate activity, market trends, and mortgage products.
• Track and report key activity and engagement metrics, including outreach, meetings, new relationships, and business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date relationship information and ensure appropriate follow-up is completed.
• Represent CrossCountry Mortgage professionally at real estate events, association meetings, networking opportunities, and community activities.

• 2+ years of business development, sales, mortgage, real estate, or financial services experience preferred.
• Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and initiating new conversations.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up and time-management skills.
• Proficient with CRM/database management; Airtable experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Professional, confident, and personable presence.
