About the Role:
Join SC FASTENING SYSTEMS as an Outside Sales Representative and be a key player in driving our growth! This dynamic role offers the opportunity to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored fastening solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the Industrial Distribution Industry
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the brand.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or fastening industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales.
- Knowledge of fastening products and applications is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
