Technical Program Manager

Implement executive and key partner communications standards across the program portfolio.Lead a governance structure to drive effective decision-making and mitigate cross-team dependencies.Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and resource stewardship.Define and manage a high-impact program portfolio that translates ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.Identify and apply change management opportunities that increase program velocity. Build strategic alliances with cross-functional stakeholders and influence technical roadmaps.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate, experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
