What You'll Do * Perform blood draws using straight and butterfly needles * Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for testing and transport * Verify patient information and laboratory orders for accuracy * Educate patients on collection procedures with professionalism and care * Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards * Support daily laboratory operations, documentation, and workflow improvement What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience in a lab, hospital, or clinical setting Strong venipuncture and specimen-handling skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred: Phlebotomy certification (required in certain states). Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
