Junior Partnerships Job Description Our world class partnerships team is looking for another scrappy member with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling to accelerate our growth as we scale. Our junior partnerships role will act as the initial point of contact with nonprofits and DAFs and is responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team. Develop and test outbound messaging, sequences, and cadences; run mini experiments to figure out what resonates and what doesn’t. Own outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and conferences/industry events to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team. Leverage AI/sales tools (Claude Code/Cowork, HubSpot, and others) to work smarter and work closely with Chariot Labs to build internal tools that help you move faster. About You High Urgency. Not afraid to pick up the phone and call a VP or C‑suite exec at a nonprofit. Strategic approach. You care about the person on the other end of the phone (not just dial counts). Tech forward. Comfortable with modern sales and AI tools.
