Job Summary The Roofing Sales Professional will generate and manage their own book of business while guiding homeowners through inspections, estimates, and the insurance claims process. This role combines sales, project management, and customer education. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working in the field, and driven to succeed in a performance-based role with uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do Generate and close new sales opportunities through self-generated leads, referrals, door-to-door canvassing, and networking Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections Educate homeowners on the condition of their property and recommended solutions Prepare quotes for roof, siding, and exterior replacement projects Guide customers through the insurance claims process when applicable Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and referral partners Manage projects from initial inspection through contract signing Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity What We’re Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence in negotiating and closing sales Self-driven, results-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable climbing ladders and performing roof inspections Valid driver’s license Proven sales experience is preferred but not required — we provide training Compensation & Benefits Competitive, uncapped commission structure Base + commission options available Performance bonuses Company vehicle for work use Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Ongoing training and professional development Clear opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Why Join Moss Roofing?
