• Base salary plus commission structure with anticipated annual earnings of $45,000–$60,000

• Weekly payroll

• Company vehicle and fuel card provided for business-related travel

Join Bone Dry Roofing, a nationally recognized roofing contractor as an Associate Sales Representative and begin building a rewarding career in the construction and home improvement industry. In this role, you will develop expertise in residential roofing solutions while working directly with homeowners to identify their needs and recommend appropriate services. Through hands-on training and mentorship, you will learn industry best practices, roofing system components, inspection procedures, and effective sales strategies. 

Daily responsibilities include meeting with prospective customers, evaluating roofing conditions, gathering measurements and project information, preparing estimates, and conducting virtual and in-person consultations regarding repair or replacement options. You will stay current on roofing products, installation methods, and market trends while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and ethical sales practices. 

Success in this position requires excellent interpersonal skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to achieve individual and team performance goals. The role involves frequent travel between job sites and occasional support of other company locations as business needs require. Candidates must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at elevated heights, possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history, and be able to successfully complete a background screening and pre-employment drug test. Flexibility to work overtime, including two Saturdays per month during the busy season, is expected. This field-based position requires working outdoors in changing weather conditions, performing roof inspections, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds, and safely navigating ladders to assess project requirements.
