Client Support Specialist EHB

Client Support Specialist, Employee Health & Benefits Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions to organizations and individuals seeking limitless possibilities. With offices across North America, we combine a personalized local consultant model with the global resources of Marsh. Responsibilities You will provide day‑to‑day support for MMA clients, including reviewing plan documents and carrier certificates, assisting with the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, and creating benchmarking analyses. You will develop employee communications—benefit guides, open enrollment presentations, posters, and flyers—and produce voice‑over PowerPoint presentations using BrainShark technology. You will manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, support client‑manager duties such as carrier implementation and renewals, and contribute to the maintenance of our benefits mobile app. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 2 years of administrative‑level experience (Bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of experience) Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders Providing problem‑solving, consultation, advising and interpretation of policies and regulations related to Employee Health & Benefits (plus) Intermediate knowledge of employee benefit markets and compliance preferred (plus) Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment (plus) Benefits Generous time off, including personal and volunteering Tuition reimbursement and professional development opportunities Hybrid work – minimum 3 days in office Charitable contribution match programs Stock purchase opportunities Marsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
