We are seeking an experienced Procurement Architect to lead large-scale procurement transformation initiatives across North America. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on designing and implementing AI-enabled procurement operating models, driving business transformation, and supporting strategic growth across key client accounts.

As a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will architect end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) operating models, modernize procurement functions, and help organizations realize greater efficiency, spend optimization, resilience, and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement transformation programs across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Design future-state procurement operating models covering Source-to-Contract (S2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), and Category Management.
• Conduct procurement maturity assessments, process diagnostics, and transformation roadmaps.
• Architect procurement platforms leveraging SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Cloud, and related technologies.
• Integrate AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and digital procurement capabilities into client operations.
• Develop global delivery models utilizing onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Lead architecture and transformation design for complex pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.
• Partner with commercial teams on business cases, pricing models, ROI, and TCO analysis.
• Advise Chief Procurement Officers and executive leadership on procurement strategy and transformation.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement programs.
• Support organizational change management and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement transformation, consulting, shared services, GBS, or BPO environments.
• Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, procurement operations, category management, supplier management, and procurement technology.
• Proven experience designing enterprise procurement architectures using SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven procurement, automation, cloud platforms, integrations, and analytics.
• Experience leading global transformation programs and engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• TOGAF, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Ariba, or Coupa certifications are highly desirable.

Location Requirement: Candidates must be able to work onsite 4 days per week from our Nashville, Chicago, or Texas offices.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,500 - $217,440. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
