Volt is immediately hiring for an Inventory Control Clerk in Andover, Massachusetts. As an Inventory Control Clerk – you will:

Day to day responsibilities:

• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation activities.
• Monitor and control material flow using inventory management systems and reporting tools.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve inventory discrepancies and stock variances.
• Coordinate physical inventory counts and prepare inventory records and reports.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents.
• Inspect received materials and identify, document, and reject defective products when necessary.
• Requisition and track required supplies to support manufacturing and distribution operations.
• Research inventory variances and implement corrective actions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Support manufacturing and distribution teams with day-to-day inventory control activities.
• Ensure inventory transactions are accurately recorded and comply with company policies and procedures.

• Receiving and Inspection Processes
• Problem Solving and Root Cause Analysis
• Microsoft Excel and Reporting Tools

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and reporting tools

This is a full-time, Contract opportunity :: Shift: 9:00AM – 5:30PM

Pay rate*: $25.00/hr - $26.00/hr.

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
