Associate, Account Management

Overview As an Associate Account Management on the digital media team, you will support team members in programmatic campaign execution, managing project timelines, coordinating across cross‑functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation and activation of digital media campaigns. Daily collaboration will involve ad operations, analytics, client services, and other internal teams to achieve client goals and maintain client satisfaction. Reporting to a manager within the digital media team, you will be responsible for driving projects forward while ensuring accurate output. You will become an expert on Epsilon’s digital media products, launch processes, and proprietary tools, gaining highly marketable skills and contributing to the company’s growth. Responsibilities What You’ll Bring with You: Execute campaign launches, manage project timelines, facilitate daily coordination across internal teams, and assist with QA checks. Monitor campaign activity, identify optimization opportunities, track and evaluate performance, and prepare metric reporting. Maintain and implement client promotions promptly and with attention to detail. Qualifications General Skills: Excellent client service competence with strong presentation and writing skills. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment. Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Quick learner who thinks strategically to provide solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from a four‑year college or university. 1–2 years of experience in account management, project management, or the digital media industry. Compensation USD $56,000.00 – $84,000.00 per year. The Company will determine compensation based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and may modify the pay range at any time.
