Print Services Manager

Join the BrightKey team as a Print Services Manager! Working onsite in Plymouth Meeting, PA, the Print Services Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of a small team providing printing, document, and data management in a corporate office environment. This position manages a team of 2–3 employees who handle the daily operations supporting a BrightKey client. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills who can balance management responsibilities with day-to-day operational work.
Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rage: $23.00 – 26.00 per hour

Location & Hours:

• On-site in Plymouth Meeting, PA
• Monday through Friday (first shift/full-time)
• Daily Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm (may vary)

Ideal Experience for the Print Services Manager Position:

• 3–5 years of experience in managing a small team in a corporate office environment.
• Experience with large format printing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook and SharePoint is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with a high degree of professionalism.
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Responsibilities of the Print Services Manager:
 
Team Leadership

• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Delegation of daily tasks and client requests relating to data and printing services.
• Guiding and managing customer requested projects to completion.
• Schedule and assign daily tasks to ensure coverage and workflow efficiency.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.

 
Process Improvement & Compliance

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality through process or technology enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and confidentiality standards.
