Social Media Assistant/ Personal Assistant (Part-Time) Location: Remote + On-Location in Thousand Oaks, CA Hours: 20-30 hours per week Compensation: $25/hour NEXT with Linda is a fast-growing personal brand dedicated to inspiring people, especially those in the second half of life, to embrace the belief that it's never too late to begin again. We're looking for a Social Media Assistant/ Personal Assistant to become an integral part of our small, collaborative team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in task-oriented creative occupation, and wants to help build a meaningful brand with a positive mission. While much of the work is remote, you'll also assist with filming content in Thousand Oaks, California, making this a great role for someone local to the Los Angeles area. What You'll Do: Your responsibilities will include a combination of creative, technical, and administrative support, including: Assisting with on-location video shoots in Thousand Oaks Uploading, scheduling, and organizing content across social media platforms Providing general administrative support as needed including being Linda’s right hand person, helping with tech and her growing coaching business Helping keep projects organized and moving forward Learning new tools and systems as the brand continues to grow No two days will look exactly the same, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential. We're Looking For Someone Who Is: Proactive Highly organized and detail-oriented Patient, adaptable, and calm under pressure Independent problem-solver Positive, dependable, and genuinely excited to help build something meaningful Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a collaborative team Freelance / comfortable working as an independent contractor Required Skills:

• Experience editing videos in CapCut
• Familiarity with: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube (both Shorts and long-form content) and Substack
• Comfortable using technology and learning new software quickly as needed

Experience with the following is a plus (or willingness to learn): ClickUp Location Requirements: Must live in the greater Los Angeles area Must be able to travel to Thousand Oaks for content shoots Most work is remote, with periodic in-person filming sessions Schedule: 20–30 hours per week $25/hour Generally available Monday–Friday between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. for collaboration and filming Outside of those hours, work can be completed on a flexible schedule Who You'll Love Working With: Linda is an entrepreneur, storyteller, coach, and creator whose mission is simple: To remind people that no matter their age, their NEXT chapter can become their best chapter.
