We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Sales Associate, familiar with the sale of coins and precious metals, to join our team! As a Sales Associate your responsibilities include opening new accounts, maintaining these accounts and making sure your clients have the best experience with their transactions. Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Collect payments by check and credit card.
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers.
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment.
