Licensed Pharmacist Contract Position

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where you'll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• Florida Pharmacist license required
• Florida Consultant license required
• 3+ years of management experience required
• Inpatient experience required
• IV experience required
• TJC experience required

Assignment Details

• Monday through Friday schedule.
• Shift hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 5:00 PM.
• No weekend coverage required.
• Will serve in an interim pharmacy leadership role with PIC and pharmacy consultant responsibilities for Florida.
• Sterile compounding is involved, with technician support for compounding medication preparation.
• Order entry system: CPSI, with onsite training provided.
• Automation system: Omnicell.
• Patient care areas include Acute Care ICU, outpatient infusion, surgery, and Med Surg.
• Responsibilities include pharmacy leadership, TJC preparation, policy work, CPA work, limited staffing support, and 340B oversight.
