Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology- Salt Lake City/Boise

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Oncology for Salt Lake City and Boise territories. This field-based role drives adoption of BMS oncology medicines through scientific engagement with healthcare providers, maintaining credibility with thought leaders and community physicians while meeting sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Promote BMS oncology products within assigned territory to meet sales targets in compliant manner
- Conduct scientific dialogues and in-office presentations using approved resources and label-consistent information
- Organize external speaker programs and manage scheduling with approved speakers
- Develop and implement comprehensive territory and account plans using available tools and insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally and gather customer insights to improve overall healthcare provider experience
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales, MSL, or clinical experience
- Hematology/Oncology experience required
- Proven ability to communicate scientific and clinical data accurately to physicians
- Demonstrated account management skills with track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to build credibility with HCPs and office staff
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills with positive team attitude
