To support a seamless patient experience, the fully remote Patient Care Coordinator will manage front desk operations, coordinate appointment scheduling, and assist with patient flow while providing professional and compassionate support to patients and healthcare staff. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients, customers, and vendors with a friendly and professional approach Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments while optimizing provider schedules Coordinate with clinical and optical teams to ensure smooth patient transitions and continuity of care Required Qualifications Patient-focused mindset with a commitment to creating a positive experience for every patient Strong communication skills to interact clearly and empathetically with patients and team members Proactive problem-solving abilities to anticipate needs and maintain efficient operations Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent Comfortable using technology and learning EMR and scheduling systems
