The starting pay is $26.00 per hour and will increase based on experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, set up, and maintain temporary traffic control in work zones, including lane closures and traffic redirection.
• Use traffic control devices to safely manage both vehicular and pedestrian flow around work areas.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform routine maintenance to keep trucks, tools, and other gear in good condition.
• Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures on job sites, including proper placement of signs, barricades, and cones.
• Ensure job sites remain clean, secure, and well-organized, including proper pickup and storage of all tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with construction crews and supervisors, addressing performance, complaints, or violations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Accurately complete and turn in paperwork at the end of each workday.
• Support other team members and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the Guildner team.

 

What We Need:

• Maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Hold an active Colorado Traffic Control Supervisor Certification.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8–12 hours per day).
• Physical ability to lift 50–60 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather, including exposure to traffic, dust, asphalt, fumes, and loud noise.
• Be available for rotating on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
