Remote RDN: Telehealth Nutritionist & Care Coach

Job Description: Conduct comprehensive virtual nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans Deliver one‑on‑one counseling and follow‑ups via HIPAA‑compliant telehealth tools Accurately document all encounters in the EHR system Collaborate with physicians, NPs, nurses, and care coordinators Educate patients and families on dietary strategies and supplement use Stay current on evidence‑based practices and telehealth standards Contribute to patient satisfaction and care quality improvement efforts Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) via the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Certified Dietitian‑Nutritionist (CDN) license in New York State At least 1 year of clinical or outpatient nutrition experience Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Athena, SimplePractice, AdvancedMD) Strong communication and tech literacy A secure remote workspace with high‑speed internet Bilingual (Mandarin Chinese) Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Paid holidays and PTO 401(k) plan with company match #J-18808-Ljbffr Pod Health
