The only things we require for employment, compensation, advancement, and benefits are a great work ethic and a winning team attitude.Requirements As an Industrial Technician your responsibilities will include the following: Ability to lift 50 pounds up to 40", ability to climb 36" onto the back of a truck, occasionally spend time out of town (45-50 nights per year), able to pull a trailer and back it up, have a valid driver's license with insurable MVR, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.Herbi-Systems offers Medical and dental insurance, 401-K with company match, paid training, ongoing education, paid vacation/holidays, and more… Compensation Full time $20 - $25 per hour depending on experience.
