Registered Nurse Med Surg Float Pool

Ascension seeks a Registered Nurse for our Med Surg Float Pool to provide compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple medical-surgical units. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications and treatments, manage complex care plans, and respond to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support safe discharges, and educate patients and families.
