Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Kelly Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide school-based services for a local school district in the Willow Grove, PA area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students in grades K-12 while working alongside a supportive team of educational and therapeutic professionals. Position Highlights School-based position serving students in grades K-12 Location: Willow Grove, PA – Montgomery County Opportunity to make a direct impact on students’ academic, behavioral, and social development Collaborate with teachers, therapists, special education staff, and families Support students in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support Collect and document behavioral data and student progress Help students develop communication, social, academic, and daily-living skills Follow treatment plans and guidance provided by supervising clinicians Qualifications Current RBT certification Experience working with children or adolescents preferred School-based or behavioral health experience is a plus Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for helping students reach their full potential Why Kelly Pediatric Therapy?
