Client Manager

Managing day-to-day client relationships, the full-time remote Client Manager will ensure the integrity of service delivery across assigned accounts, translating strategies into actionable steps and monitoring campaign progress. Key responsibilities Own day-to-day client management as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts Manage deliverables and timelines across campaigns, ensuring clarity and accountability among teams Proactively identify and escalate delivery risks while maintaining clear client communications Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management within an agency or marketing environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns with competing timelines and dependencies Strong experience in translating strategic direction into actionable deliverables for internal teams Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and escalate delivery risks early Experience guiding or mentoring junior team members is preferred
