What You'll Be Doing

• Develop meaningful professional connections through platforms such as LinkedIn and Zoom
• Support outreach and relationship-building initiatives aligned with leadership and development projects
• Manage responsibilities independently while operating within established systems and operational guidelines

This role offers flexibility while providing access to a structured framework and ongoing support.

Background & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or People & Culture functions
• Experience supporting workforce initiatives, stakeholder engagement, or professional development programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confidence using remote collaboration platforms and digital communication tools
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
