We’re looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our Courtyard team. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and handle check‐ins/check‐outs with efficiency and warmth
- Process payments, verify reservations, and issue room keys
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns
- Communicate with Housekeeping and other departments to support guest needs
- Maintain accurate records, balance cash drawers, and complete shift reports
- Uphold Marriott brand standards for service, appearance, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
- Basic computer and cash‐handling skills
- Previous hotel experience is helpful but not required
