You're the face of the hotel, making every interaction feel effortless and inviting. Behind the scenes, you keep the front desk humming with precision, juggling reservations, requests, and surprises like a hospitality ninja. KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Service Superstar: You bring the warm vibes and top-tier service that make guests feel right at home. Whether it's a quick question or a big request, you're all about making their stay unforgettable.
- Communication Champ: You know how to get the message acrossclearly, confidently, and with a smile. Whether it's chatting with guests or coordinating with the team, you keep things flowing smoothly.
- Quick-Thinking Problem Solver: When challenges pop up, you're already on it. You think fast, act smart, and turn potential hiccups into happy endings.
- Multitasking Marvel: Juggling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and financial details? No problem. You keep it all organized and running like clockwork.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

PROPERTY INFORMATION: Courtyard by Marriott Akron/Stow will delight you with our beautiful guest rooms, featuring Marriott Plush bedding, ergonomic workspaces, and Smart TVs offering your favorite streaming services. Free wi-fi and parking are available for all guests. The Bistro serves breakfast and dinner daily and features Starbucks coffee. Guests can select from a variety of made-to-order items and enjoy our rotating seasonal menus. The Courtyard Marketplace offers snacks, drinks, and sundries 24 hours a day. The hotel houses an indoor pool and 24-hour fitness center for active-minded guests, as well as laundry facilities. Those planning to host an event or meeting can utilize our on-site venue space, accommodating up to 40 people. On-site catering options are available. The Courtyard by Marriott Akron/Stow is located minutes from Blossom Music Center and other nearby attractions, including Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Hale Farm & Village, Boston Mills/Brandywine Ski Resort, and MGM Northfield Park Casino.
