Schedule: Night shift in Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU setting. 36 or 48 hours per week available. 13 to 26 week assignment options. Weekend coverage required with rotating call schedule supported by 6-8 team members.

Highlights:

• Specialty focus on LTAC ICU with neurological patient population including ventilator weaning, wound care, spinal cord injury, and trach/peg management
• 12-bed ICU with daily census of 35 patients; staff work both ICU and Med-Surg units with float to Med Surg at 1:5 ratio
• Epic EMR system with 1 year minimum experience required
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Social Services
• Patient population includes adults 18+ and geriatrics with complex care needs
• Pre-assignment modules are compensated up to 16 hours

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required
• Neurological experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
• Minimum 1 year Epic EMR experience required
• LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
• Must reside 100+ miles from facility or meet specific mileage requirements for night shift positions
