This candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients referred by healthcare providers, conducting high-volume outbound outreach and guiding patients through the enrollment process. Responsibilities include educating patients on healthcare programs, overcoming objections, verifying information, scheduling appointments, and completing enrollment documentation while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Day-to-Day:

• Make approximately 100 outbound patient calls daily
• Educate referred patients on remote patient monitoring programs
• Explain program benefits, expectations, and enrollment requirements
• Build trust and rapport with patients, particularly senior populations
• Handle objections and answer questions related to enrollment
• Verify patient and insurance information
• Schedule intake and follow-up appointments
• Obtain required consents and documentation
• Maintain accurate records within CRM systems
• Adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards
• Meet productivity, quality, and conversion metrics
• Utilize Regal Dialer, internal CRM, and Slack throughout the workday
