Community Outreach & Enrollment Specialist
$21 - $24 per hourUpward Health
Upward Health is seeking a Community Outreach Specialist to enhance its community presence and assist potential patients in understanding our services. The COS will be the initial contact for those looking to enroll in our programs and will use phone outreach and in-person visits to facilitate enrollment. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a commitment to empathetic patient engagement.
