Drywall Carpenter Foreman

Compensation Range: $35.00 - $37.00 Job Description Summary: Plan, organize, supervise, and provide expertise in performing journeyman-level Drywall Framer duties. Consulting with clients and contractors in a professional manner, assigning tasks, ensuring jobs are completed on time and work is performed according to Swinerton standards. Discipline, mentor and monitor employee performance. Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Provide expertise in performing journeyman-level drywall framer duties Review project plan and blueprints Confirm layout with drawings and coordination drawings or model, generate RFIs for conflicts or differing conditions Estimate time, material, equipment and supplies needed Track production of all phases of framing, drywall and finishing Develop work schedules and crew assignments Develop and manage JHAs, ensure crews are working safely and properly trained Enter daily time in Exaktime (Swinerton timekeeping system) for crew Maintain records of operations Monitor inventories and request supplies and equipment Ensure work areas are properly maintained Utilize a proactive approach to anticipate and resolve potential issues Consult with clients and contractors in a professional manner Ensure jobs are completed on time and work is performed according to Swinerton standards Discipline, mentor and monitor performance of employees Complete other responsibilities as assignedSKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman Drywall Framer or similar role Ability to learn new skills with attention to detail Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt Display basic computer skills Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions Uphold Swinerton Core Values of Integrity, Leadership, Passion and Excellence at all times Adhere to all OSHA and Swinerton safety practices and procedures Support activities at all Swinerton job-sites as directed Anticipated Job Application Deadline: 06/01/2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr Dormont Manufacturing CompanyVacancy posted 2 days ago
