Job Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Delaware, OH 43015

Pay Rate: $31.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop a compressive Preventive Maintenance Program for each machine
• Install/troubleshoot/repair/ maintain all equipment
• Develop a Maintenance history for each machine (including parts used)
• Must be able to diagnosis problems, including CNC, electrical and mechanical
• Must be able to qualify on a forklift and scissor-lift.
• Work whatever hours are necessary to get the job done. May include some nights and weekend work.
• Must understand and follow all OSHA safety rules in regard to working on machinery and equipment.
• Utilize and execute continuous improvement through learning of lean knowledge within the company.

Other duties as assigned Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Must have a valid Driver License.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Will be able to communicate effectively with all office and plant personnel.
• High level of expertise working on CNC routers, Turret, Punch Press, Brake, and Shear.
• Professional liaison with vendors and contractors.
• Above average skills in Excel
• Past management/leadership experience is helpful.
• Lean experience preferred Education
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment

Hours: Mon. - Fri. 6am-4:30 pm (overtime as needed)


Pay rate: $31.00 plus based on skills and experience level
