Esthetic Finesse is a methodology-first medical aesthetics practice in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Our founder, Diane Howard, RN, created the Finesse Harmony Method – a full-face assessment approach where every treatment is part of a strategic plan, not a menu pick. With 500 five‑star Google reviews and a premier new facility opening in late2026, we’re building the new standard of care in medical aesthetics. We’re hiring a FrontDesk Social Media Content Creator who lives on Instagram and TikTok, has real content creation skills, and can manage front desk operations during clinic hours. This is one role with two lanes: patient‑facing hospitality when the clinic is open, and content creation, community management, and brand growth the rest of the time. What You’ll Do FrontDesk (Monday–Friday one Saturday/week): Greet patients by name, manage check‑in and checkout, process payments Monday: front desk for part‑time esthetician’s microneedling clients Pitch and sell skincare at the register Upload patient photos to Google Drive, maintain daily patient tracker Content&Social Media (between patients non‑clinic hours): Create 3 native TikToks and 3 Instagram Reels per week Film in‑clinic content weekly with our lead injector Manage daily engagement on @estheticfinesse — DMs, comments, community building Own the content calendar, weekly performance reporting, and weekly marketing meeting Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for content strategy, analysis, and workflow optimization Build and manage an influencer pipeline (trained by an external advisor) What We’re Looking For A portfolio of content you’ve created for Instagram or TikTok — no portfolio, no interview Native to Instagram and TikTok — you understand hooks, pacing, and what stops the scroll Already in the beauty/aesthetics space — you follow injectors, clinics, and skincare brands You use AI tools regularly (Claude, ChatGPT) for content, analysis, or workflow Comfortable with tech: EMR systems (Boulevard), CRMs (GoHighLevel), Metricool, Slack, Notion, Google Drive Customer-facing or hospitality experience Self‑starter who can manage content creation and patient flow without hand‑holding What You Get $50,000–$75,000/year (base commission on skincare sales) Employee discount on all Esthetic Finesse services Direct mentorship from an external social media and influencer advisor Be part of a fully custom, high‑end 5,000 sq ft med spa opening in Scottsdale with 10 treatment rooms Growth path into a dedicated Content&Community Lead role with ownership of influencer programs, brand partnerships, and events Apply here or DM @estheticfinesse on Instagram with your portfolio and a 60‑second video. #J-18808-Ljbffr
