Facility:
This regional medical center is a well-established healthcare facility serving the Lake Havasu City community. The facility features an 8-bed pediatric department with comprehensive support services available 24 hours including anesthesia, general surgery, laboratory, radiology, and OR services. The hospital operates as a Level 3 trauma center with Level 1 pediatric capabilities.

Opportunity:
Physician - Hospitalist - Pediatrics

Job Details:
Provide pediatric hospitalist services with Board Certification highly preferred
Fixed clinic schedule: Monday-Thursday and , Friday
Call coverage required approximately 10 days per month, predominantly newborn care with rotating call schedule
Coverage includes combination of clinic only, clinic plus call, and call only on weekends
Clinic resources include CLIA waived testing, dedicated medical assistant, office manager, and full-time local pediatrician
Required skills include inpatient pediatric care, Level I nursery care, attending C-sections and high-risk deliveries
Must perform newborn intubation, non-invasive ventilation management, and circumcisions
Ventilation management for newborns (acute required, chronic preferred)
PALS certification required
Arizona medical license or IMLC required
Credentialing timeframe 30-60 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Paid Travel and Lodging.
