Sr. Account Executive

About the Role

Do you thrive on closing deals that keep paying off long after the signature? We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue and portfolio growth across our ECommerce, Merchant Processing and Strategic Partnerships verticals.

You'll own the full sales cycle: finding the right clients, securing high-quality first-placement debt portfolios , and turning signed contracts into active, recurring placing accounts. If you're a hunter with a strategic mind and a love for building lasting partnerships, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Win New Business and Grow Revenue

• Identify, prospect and close qualified opportunities in your assigned vertical(s)
• Increase first-placement account volume, face value and revenue to meet annual growth targets
• Develop proposals, pricing structures and service solutions that strengthen revenue and portfolio value
• Manage each opportunity from outreach through signed MSA, onboarding and first placement

Target Quality Portfolios

• Pursue clients with fresher, higher-value portfolios that support DPD, unit-yield and recovery objectives
• Evaluate opportunities on portfolio size, debt age, placement frequency, contingency rate and revenue potential
• Prioritize clients that fit our ICP and deliver recurring placements, not one-time volume
• Successfully transition signed clients into active, placing accounts

Build Relationships and Partnerships

• Build strong relationships with clients, referral partners and key decision-makers
• Expand existing Tier 1 accounts through additional placements, cross-selling and strategic growth
• Develop referral, reseller and strategic partnerships that generate qualified opportunities
• Partner with Operations, Compliance, Finance and Client Success on onboarding and portfolio implementation

Manage the Pipeline

• Keep CRM records accurate and current, covering activity, opportunities, deal stages, placement projections and forecasts
• Consistently advance qualified opportunities through the sales cycle
• Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with reliable revenue and placement forecasts
• Share market intelligence, client xhyhwjd needs, competitive activity and portfolio opportunities with leadership
  

What You Bring

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in receivables management, debt buying/placement, fintech, payments or a related field
• A proven record of closing new business and hitting revenue targets
• Strong analytical skills to assess portfolio quality and revenue potential
• Skill at building trust with decision-makers, referral partners and strategic partners
• Discipline with CRM management and accurate forecasting
• Excellent communication, negotiation and collaboration skills

• Nice to have: Existing relationships in ECommerce or merchant processing, and familiarity with compliance-driven industries.
