At Fresh Coat, our painters are truly artisans of their craft. We build trust with our clients through our commitment to culture, value, and outstanding experience. Painter Job Description Painters will properly prepare the surrounding area with the appropriate protective coverings, prepare the surfaces by identifying and correcting imperfections, applying the correct paint material coverage on a clean surface, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area, complete the project within the allotted productivity time, resulting in a minimum Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards. Painters must demonstrate the following: Be Reliable and Dependable- Accept Accountability
- Be Customer Centric
- Be Organized
- Have the Proper Tools to Perform and Complete the Project
- Work as a Team
- Take Direction
- Follow the work order
- Be able to meet a deadline
- Follow all Health and Safety Protocols
