Program Analyst Associate

Insight Global is seeking a Program Analyst Associate for one of our large PBM clients. This position will sit fully remote and will be Responsible for the coordination, project management and implementation of internal and/or client-facing initiatives, which may include: Quarterly Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee (P&T) coordination, annual formulary development and production, development and process support for Prime National and Client Utilization Management (UM) programs, review of regulatory requirements and adherence for processes related to Formulary, UM, GuidedHealth, and other programs
Serve as point of contact for administrative support within designated functional area including but not limited to: tracking department and program documentation, verification of information, coordinating any necessary follow up, generating and submitting regular reporting etc. It will also support the creation of client quarterly business review presentations, internal and external communications, and the coordination of client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
- 1 year of work experience in healthcare, Pharmacy Benefit Management, business process administration, project management or other related field
- Demonstrated ability to complete projects independently and within established timeframes
- Detail oriented and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Knowledge or experience with formulary or utilization management
