Your Role as Clinical Manager (RN)

As a Clinical Manager, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure patients receive high-quality, compliant home health services.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting home health clinical staff

Reviewing documentation to ensure Medicare and regulatory compliance

Monitoring quality of care and patient outcomes

Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Coaching clinicians to support professional development and clinical excellence

Ensuring agency policies and standards are consistently followed

Schedule

MondayFriday leadership role (primarily office-based)

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered Florida RN license

Minimum 1 year RN experience (acute care, med/surg, ICU, ER, or similar)

At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency

Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
